Cancellation fees will apply according to the following schedule:
Notice privided more than 30 days prior to mediation, no fee.
Notice provided within 15 days to 30 days, 50% fee + HST.
Notice privided less that 15 days, full fee + HST.
*Expenses that have been incurred and cannot be reimbursed as a result of a cancellation will be charged.
